Q: Is all my information kept confidential?

A: Absolutely yes, the information provided by the clients is never shared with other parties unless a written permission has been obtained from the client. Please see the Privacy Policy section of our website.

Q: Do I have to make an appointment before coming to your office?

A: Yes, it is always better to make an appointment with one of our accountants in order to avoid waiting times. Please call for appointment at 604-992-1711 or 604-306-1056

Q: Can you pick up the documents and drop them off?

A: Yes we can, instead of you bringing the documents to our office we can pick them up for you and drop off the paper work once completed.
